Nice looking but a couple of issues

I knew when I ordered these they were reversible, but that comes with a curse. The eyelet that contains the belt is just loose on the belt and falls off completely. It took me 20 minutes to find it in my suitcase last week. Would love to find a way to have this tacked on vs loose. I like the stretchy nature of the belt. I am a size 38 waist and would have preferred it to be a little longer...

Christopher, thank you for your helpful feedback. Our reversible belt, is simple in design meaning you only need to flip the belt buckle, for it to work on both sides. However this is both a blessing and a curse, as you have mentioned re the belt loop stay. It does come off, it cannot, by design, be attached or you would not be able to wear the belt both ways. If it were to be tacked on, it would not be able to spin around to face the belt front, whichever way you choose to wear it. We have discussed this at length with our head designer and the factory, and we will be making customers more aware when they receive the belt. Thank you again.
