Delivery & Shipping
Do I get free shipping?
We currently offer free standard shipping to the USA on orders over $120
Otherwise, standard shipping to US starts at $10. Shipping to Canada is $20. Other regions will be calculated at checkout.
To ensure there are no nasty surprises on delivery we also cover any import duties related to your order.
What shipping options are available?
SHIPPING COST:
Standard
We offer free standard delivery to the USA on orders over $120.
Orders under $120 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
We charge a flat fee of $20 for all orders to Canada - this includes all sales taxes
To ensure there are no nasty surprises on delivery we also cover any import duties related to your order.
Express
Please note, Next-Day Delivery is not currently available.
SHIPPING TIME:
Currently, all our USA orders are generally delivered between 5 to 12 business days using our standard shipping.
What countries do you ship to
We only ship to USA and Canada from this online store.

How do I return or exchange an order?

Pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge, before they are shipped, by clicking the link in your order confirmation email or visit MANAGE PRE-ORDERS
Exchanges
We are in the process of setting up a system online to allow you to arrange an exchange - in the interim please email customerservice@albartross.com and we will be happy to help arrange or please use the online portal to return your goods (which when received and checked will be refunded) & place a new order for the item you would prefer instead.

Can I track my order?
It’s always nice to know when your order is on its way, so once we have dispatched your package we will send you an email with tracking information so that you can follow its progress from us to you.

What is Purple Dot?
Purple Dot are our partner for special Pre-order product drops.
When you checkout with Purple Dot you'll be added to a waitlist and be the first to get the new product when it arrives. We'll keep you in the loop the whole time.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, of course. Pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge, before they are shipped, by clicking the link in your order confirmation email or visit MANAGE PRE-ORDERS
Why is the pre-order checkout different?
When you pre-order via Purple Dot they will take the payment on our behalf, therefore the checkout has a different look. However, all discount codes are still valid but please get in touch if you have any issues.
Note: Pre-order checkouts via Purple Dot cannot be combined with other items, so please order separately.

How do I find the right size and fit?
Our shoes are available in full sizes only. If you are a size in-between, we suggest you order the smaller size for men and women’s styles as our shoes run slightly large.
If in doubt we suggest you follow the measuring guide on our size chart page.

How do I care for my golf shoes?
Royal Albartross footwear is made of the highest-grade European leather and suede. We recommend the following as guide to care for and prolong the life of your shoes.
After each round of golf, use a firm bristled brush to dislodge any dirt from the shoe soles.
Use a suede brush to remove any dry dirt from the suede. Then use a damp cloth on the leathers or mesh materials.
Protect and nourish the leather by regularly using a natural shoe cream and polish.
Use a protective suede spray on the suede areas of the shoe
Store your shoes in a well ventilated, dry place without contact to direct sources of heat, water, grease or sunlight.
If wet, remove the insoles and leave to dry naturally. In most cases our insoles are removable.
