Hi, Thanks for asking for a review. Unfortunately my experience is far from being pleasant and I hope my comment will help to improve customer experience for customers outside the UK. I am surprised to be in such a situation because this is not what I expected prior to my purchase and having consulted the return conditions on the website. I bought shoes online, shoes looked really good, stylish and promising a good comfort. Unfortunately too big for me, though I consulted the company about the size before purchasing. Nice leather, and yet I cannot say more because shoes are too big for me. It's been a week that I am trying to receive the necessary return instructions, exchanging emails with the customer service. Of course, there is nothing they can do in the situation which looks like they have not received proper instructions. The return label is not provided for customers outside UK, even in the EU, which is a pity. Impossible to get a phone number to be mentioned on the return label I am trying to create myself. I am advised to mention my own phone number. What is more worrying is that I cannot get the return document with the invoicing information (delivery note, commercial invoice or anything like that). Quite a pity.
