SWING ANALYSIS PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The prize draw (the Prize Draw) is open to people aged 18 and over who provide their email address to enter the Prize Draw through albartross.com.
  2. Employees of Albartross Design Ltd ("RA", "We") or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
  3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  4. By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails from RA containing offers and news that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
  5. To enter the Prize Draw you must submit your email address. No purchase is necessary. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please e-mail us at customerservice@albartross.com with "Swing Analysis Prize Draw" in the subject line.
  6. Only one entry per person.
  7. RA accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
  8. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 23:59 on 11 December 2017. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
  9. In total, five winners will be chosen from a random draw of total entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draws will take place on the last working day of each month between 11 August 2017 and 31 December 2017.
  10. The winners will receive a free online Swing Analysis from David Leadbetter by submitting a video of their swing.
  11. RA accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
  12. Each winner will be notified by email at least within 14 days after the draw with instructions on how to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond to RA within 14 days of being notified by RA, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and RA shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and RA shall be entitled to select another winner.
  13. The prize voucher will be sent to the winner by RA by e-mail.
  14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  15. RA retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
  16. The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on RA’s reasonable request. The winner consents to the use by RA both before and after the closing date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner's name and the video they provided for publicity purposes (in any medium and on the internet, including any social media channels and websites hosted by RA) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the same.
  17. RA shall use and take care of any personal information you supply in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.
  18. RA reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
  19. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
