To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the form above and click 'START'.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- You will be sent a confirmation email for a submitted return, then another email with shipping labels and guidelines once the return request is approved.
How do I find my order number?
- Your order number is in the subject line of all emails you have received from us to date, it will look like this: WEBUS0123
Are there any charges for return?
- The standard fee for returns is $12 (from mainland USA).
- If you have ordered a replacement (e.g. exchange) - the above fee will be waived for customers in the USA.
- Charges will apply to returns for customers based outside of the USA (e.g Canada). Our customer service team will confim these charges via email before we process your refund request.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable as standard.
How soon will I get my refund?
- We will let you know when we receive and approve your return.
- Then issue a refund by the same payment method as your order.
- We will aim to process refunds within 10 business days.
You can return your items within 28 days of receipt of your shipment.
- We ask that all items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags on.
- Please also return items in their original box as this is part of the product, with another solid box around it, preferably the original outer packaging.
- We can only refund items returned to us in a resaleable condition.
- We do not offer an exchange service. If you need a different size or colour of an item, please return the original item for a refund and simply place a new order.
