To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.


How do I return or exchange?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the form above and click 'START'.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange.
  • You will be sent a confirmation email for a submitted return, then another email with shipping labels and guidelines once the return request is approved.

How do I find my order number?

  • Your order number is in the subject line of all emails you have received from us to date, it will look like this: WEBUS0123

Are there any charges for return?

  • The standard fee for returns is $12 (from mainland USA and Canada).
  • Exchanges are FREE for customers in the USA and Canada.
  • Charges will apply to returns/exchanges for customers based outside of the USA and Canada. Our customer service team will confim these charges before we process your refund request.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable as standard.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • We will let you know when we receive and approve your return.
  • Then issue a refund by the same payment method as your order, or confirm and send the item you would like in exchange.
  • We will aim to process refunds within 14 business days.


Return / Exchange Policy

You can return your items within 28 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • We ask that all items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags on.
  • Please also return items in their original box as this is part of the product, with another solid box around it, preferably the original outer packaging.
  • We can only refund items returned to us in a resaleable condition.
  • Please note:  Exchanges can only be processed online if you require a different size in the same style and the new size is currently in stock.
  • If you need a different item then please return the original item and simply place a new order.
