This exciting partnership will help support the Legends Tour, its popular Alliance Series and Celebrity Series with a three-year commitment until 2024.

The Tour’s Alliance Series and Celebrity Series will provide us the opportunity to align our luxury styles with some of the most recognised names from the world of sport, media and entertainment. Legends Tour and Royal Albartross share the vision to deliver a premium product to its golf’s growing audience and the discerning golfer.

The partnership will see Royal Albartross providing footwear, belts, gloves and other bespoke products and accessories at Legends Tour events.

Jersey Legends 2022

Royal Albartross attended their first event as official supplier in June, at the stunning La Moye golf club in Jersey – pictured above, the course features some of the most spectular cliff top views anywhere on the island.

Richard Green claimed his maiden Legends Tour title on the third play-off hole after finishing tied with Scotsman Paul Lawrie at the Jersey Legends at La Moye Golf Club. The Australian posted a closing one under par round of 71 to join Lawrie on 10 under par with the duo both making par on the first trip down the par four 17th hole and the par four 18th hole at La Moye Golf Club. On the third play-off hole, Lawrie saw his approach shot find the rough at the back of the green giving Green the opportunity to make par, which he duly converted.

The Legends Tour

The partnership is another step in the evolution of the Legends Tour – the European over-50s circuit – following its rebranding from the Staysure Tour in 2020. Bringing together many of the world’s finest senior golfers, the Tour has become increasingly popular with the introduction of its Celebrity Series, Alliance Series and Legends Club initiatives – where amateurs play under full tournament conditions in an individual and team competition with their professional partners.

Whilst helping support the Alliance Series and Celebrity series, the synergy between the Legends Club and Royal Albartross will also work hand in hand in providing the most suited product; offering an exclusive membership and the experience to live the life of a professional golfer. This features its own Order of Merit offering the chance to be crowned champion at the end of the season in December 2022 in the Indian Ocean.

From Ryder Cup Captains, Major winners through to personalities from sports, business and media the Legends Tour provides the greatest amateur experience in golf giving you a unique chance to spend quality time alongside these Legends. These include:

Golf Legends – Thomas Bjorn, Paul McGinley, Paul Lawrie, Michael Campbell, Ian Woosnam, Thomas Levet, Tom Leaman, Jean van de Velde, and a host of other greats of the game.

Celebrity golfers – Sir AP McCoy Kyran Bracken, Gergie Bingham, Keith Duffy, Mark foster, Robbie Folwer, Gavin Hastings, Teddy Sheringham, Allan Lamb, Dan Walker and many more.
