Delivery & Returns


DELIVERY

We currently offer free standard delivery to the UK, USA & Canada on orders over $150. Expedited priority service can be added at checkout if necessary. To ensure there are no nasty surprises on delivery we also cover any import duties related to your order.  For other countries, shipping charges will automatically be calculated at checkout.

It’s always nice to know when your order is on its way, so once we have dispatched your package we will send you an email with tracking information so that you can follow its progress from us to you.

Please note that, due to COVID-19 restrictions and the necessary safety measures we have in place, our warehouse is currently unable to operate at full capacity. We are doing all we can to ensure all orders are shipped as quickly and safely as possible. Currently, all our UK, USA & Canadian orders are generally delivered between 8 to 15 business days using our standard shipping and 1-7 business days using our priority service. All UK orders are sent via DPD with a 1 hour delivery slot sent via text/email. FedEx is used for all international orders including the USA & Canada.

RETURNS

We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right. You have 30 days to return, or to exchange the item for a different colour or size.

We ask that all items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags on. Please also return items in their original box as this is part of the product, with another solid box around it, preferably the original outer packaging. We can only refund items returned to us in a resaleable condition.

To request a return or an exchange, you can contact us at customerservice@albartross.com or use our online form:

  • Log in to your account on our website.
  • Find and View the relevant order.
  • Select ‘Submit a Request’ and complete the form. We will be in touch when we receive your message.
  • Responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that you use a tracked delivery method.

We will let you know when we receive and approve your return. Then we’ll issue a refund by the same payment method as your order, or confirm and send the item you would like in exchange. We will aim to process refunds within 14 days.
